Our healthcare company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor with the following qualifications:

Job Qualifications:

Master?s or Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing.
DOH/DHA Licensed as RN or Active home country license (we can support DHA license application if needed)
Fluency in English (speak, read and write).
With good managerial skills
Can work with minimal supervision
Proven experience in handling medical center/hospital setting
With experience in different healthcare audits and accreditation
With experience with insurance companies
Can work in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Coordinate with HR for any recruitment needs for clinical staff
Interview and assess the character and clinical comptencies of any clinical candidates
Orient, educate and train new clinical staff hired
Assign nurses & nurse assistants to patients; Ensure competencies of staff are matched with patient needs
Ensure adherence to all relevant nursing standards
Ensure compliance with nursing policies and procedures
Maintain quality assurance of nursing documentation and client records
Coordinate with Case Coordinator to inform patients' family members about medical procedures and doctors? instructions, the right and responsibilities of patients and nurses
Provide psychological and emotional support to patients and their family if needed and mainly with the nurses
Provide clinical expertise in the management of medical and psychiatric emergencies
Evaluate nurses? engagement and performance
Coordinate with the Insurance Team for the processing for Authorization Approval, Rejection and Justification
Coordinate with the Quality Team regarding the External Audits (DOH, Daman, Tasneef)
Coordinate with the Quality Team regarding JAWDA Monitoring, Collection and Submission
Monitor the Medical Records Department to ensure completeness of all confidential patient medical records
Create reports for senior management
