Facility: Hospital, Dubai Position: Clinical Resource Nurse - PICU / NICU
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Clinical Resource Nurse to provide clinical leadership and expert support in PICU and NICU units. The role involves mentoring staff, supporting quality initiatives, and ensuring high standards of pediatric and neonatal critical care. Requirements: BSc Nursing (MSc Nursing preferred) Any UAE Nursing License or Eligibility Minimum 10 years of clinical experience 7-8 years in leadership roles within PICU/NICU BLS, PALS, and NRP certification (as applicable) Additional Details: Nationality: Any Gender: Male / Female
