Requirements

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with fluency in Arabic and a valid Department of Health (DOH) license to join our dedicated healthcare team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing mental health support and therapy to our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine patients\xe2\x80\x99 mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapy, counseling, and intervention strategies, to address patients\xe2\x80\x99 psychological concerns.
• Provide culturally sensitive and empathetic therapy sessions to support and guide patients in managing their mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, including consultations with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting progress, treatment plans, and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of clinical psychology and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care.
• Offer support and guidance to families and caregivers of patients, when necessary.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to treatment planning and case discussions.
• Adhere to the ethical and professional standards set by the Department of Health (DOH) and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Attend ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
• Valid DOH license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential, and proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to providing high-quality, culturally sensitive mental health care.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and the ability to adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs.

Salary

• Salary up to 40,000AED per month plus benefits depending on experience
