Citadel is recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious healthcare clients in the UAE. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Clinical Psychologist
with a strong background in delivering evidence-based psychological services. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, clinical expertise, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews. Provide individual, couple, and/or family therapy using evidence-based approaches. Develop and monitor tailored treatment plans. Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards. Participate in case discussions, clinical reviews, and professional development activities. Uphold ethical and professional standards at all times.
Requirements
Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (MSc / MA / PsyD / PhD).
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience within the UAE
. DHA / DOH / MOH license or eligibility as a Clinical Psychologist. Strong experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-focused modalities). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.Preferred Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in hospital or multidisciplinary clinical settings. Specialization in adult or child psychology, trauma, or neuropsychology. Multilingual abilities would be a plus (English, Arabic, or additional languages).
