Clinical Psychologist
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using a variety of standardized tests and clinical interviews.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs.
• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
• Stay up-to-date on current research and best practices in the field of clinical psychology.
• Participate in clinical supervision and continuing professional development activities.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Valid license to practice Clinical Psychology in country of origin.
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Experience in providing therapy to individuals across the lifespan with diverse backgrounds and presenting problems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness in working with a diverse population.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
