About Us:

We are a multidisciplinary mental health polyclinic providing evidence-based psychiatric and psychological services in Dubai. Our team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, neurologist and Internal medicine specialist dedicated to holistic patient care.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Part-Time Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychological assessments, therapy, and counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults in line with DHA regulations. Please note that candidate should join with us only, and not work anyplace else.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and psychotherapy sessions.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers for integrated care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation as per DHA requirements.
Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and quality improvement activities.
Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology (recognized by MOH/DHA).
Valid DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License as a Clinical Psychologist.
Freshers may apply but Minimum 2 years of clinical experience post-qualification preferred.
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, EMDR, REBT, psychodynamic, etc.).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/other language proficiency is an advantage).
Work Schedule:

Commission based, Part-time position (6 hours per day at least).
On-site at clinic with possible hybrid/telehealth options.
