We are currently seeking a

Clinical Psychologist

to join our growing team - to be based in

Abu Dhabi / Al Ain

Position Summary



The

Clinical Psychologist

will be responsible for conducting diagnostic assessments, delivering individual and group therapy, providing crisis intervention, and offering consultation services to patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical acumen, the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, and a passion for continuous professional development. Experience working with culturally diverse populations and utilizing innovative, evidence-based therapeutic techniques is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients presenting with various mental health conditions. Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR. Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, general practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care. Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and coping strategies. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with DOH and ethical standards. Participate in regular clinical supervision, professional development, and training to stay updated with current best practices. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance treatment outcomes and service delivery.

Qualifications



Master's or Doctoral degree in

Clinical Psychology

from an accredited institution. Licensed or eligible for licensure as a

Clinical Psychologist

by the

Department of Health - Abu Dhabi (DOH)

. Minimum of

3 years

of clinical experience in a healthcare or mental health setting. Proficiency in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and interpretation. Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic interventions for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and personality disorders. Ability to work effectively within a

culturally diverse

patient population. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Fluency in English

is required; knowledge of

Arabic

is an advantage.
