Role: Clinical Education Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Division: Diagnostic Solutions Region: Middle East & North Africa Travel: 50-60% international Hologic is a global medical device manufacturing business across Breast & Skeletal Health, Diagnostics (molecular and cytology) and GYN Surgical. It’s an exciting time to join Hologic we have recently acquired a number of businesses strengthening and broadening our portfolio across all divisions. We are currently looking for a Clinical Education Manager to join our diagnostics division with a responsibility to define the regional training strategy, drive initiatives, program development, KOL engagement and coordinate delivery of training to our distribution partners and customers across the region. In this role you will work closely with cross functional partners to develop and drive the clinical education programs. You will be an effective representative for and create positive promotion of the Hologic brand across the region. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Promote Hologic diagnostic solutions to key opinion leaders and key decision leaders in relation to features, advantages and benefits of Hologic solutions in close alignment with marketing/sales strategies
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to support the solution portfolio
- Establish and retain customer loyalty by answering inquiries about the scientific characteristics of our products and by providing advice/ troubleshooting on improving applications results
- Provide in-house and on-site trainings for commercial partners and key customers
- Provide scientific, clinical, and technical support as required to internal and external customers
- Lead the development & delivery of clinical value-added services and programs, aligned to best practice, and effectively leverage opportunities to advance sales and other strategic opportunities
- Support sales and marketing in create a solid technical value proposition for Hologic solutions
- Align and develop applications training plans with stakeholders in regional team
- Collect laboratory test and usage volumes (Cytology and Molecular) and laboratory statistics
- Identify laboratories to publish abstracts in support of Hologic Diagnostic products and define, drive, support, and assist in publishing post-market clinical studies and evaluations at customer sites in collaboration with Clinical Affairs, Sales and Marketing teams
- Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise via attendance at conferences, technical meetings and symposia
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, molecular biology or medical laboratory sciences or equivalent professional experience in medical device industry
- Demonstrated experience working in a clinical education or clinical application role in multinational companies within clinical diagnostics, molecular diagnostics experience is ideal
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating change in healthcare
- Expert communicator with experience of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experienced in training and presenting complex technical information
- Experience working internationally across MENA
- Fluent in English, Arabic is ideal
