Job Profile:
Supports the provision of safe, patient and family focused quality care.
Creates a positive patient experience at our facility. Exhibits a proactive approach toward ensuring excellent patient care
Assists in the daily functioning of the unit/department in support of patient care while maintaining confidentiality.
Assisting Physicians at the time of seeing patients in the clinics.
Supports the successful achievements of Clinic Operations strategic goals.
Escorts patient whenever need arise throughout the hospital premises.
Demonstrates knowledge of all hospital services and facilities.
Assists departments with their transportation needs throughout the hospital.

Education:
Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent

Experience:
Excellent English verbal/written communication skills.
Exposure to / experience with customer service principles
Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
Experience with clinical procedures desirable

Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Remain calm under trying circumstances and work with frequent interruptions.

Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a variety of situations.

Strong attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced deadline sensitive environment.

Communicates clearly and concisely in both oral and written format.
