We are looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced

Patient Coordinator

to be the face of our clinic and ensure an exceptional client experience from the moment they walk in.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner Schedule and confirm appointments (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, online) Provide information on services such as Botox, Fillers, PRP, Mesotherapy, etc. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Handle payments, invoices, and POS systems Follow up with patients pre- and post-treatment for satisfaction and retention Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Upsell treatments, packages, and promotions as appropriate Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role (preferably in an aesthetic or medical clinic) Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Presentable and customer-service oriented Familiar with CRM systems, appointment booking platforms & social media engagement Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of aesthetic treatments is an advantage
