The Assistant to Cluster Manager plays a critical supporting role in managing and optimizing day-to-day operations across multiple Ayurvedic clinics. This position acts as a communication and coordination bridge between clinic managers, doctors, support staff, and senior leadership to ensure service excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role requires operational diligence, analytical reporting, and proactive problem-solving to support the Cluster Manager in achieving strategic and performance goals.
Clinic Coordination & Operational Oversight
Act as an interface between Clinic Managers, doctors, and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Coordinate with clinic supervisors and managers for consistent implementation of daily workflows and SOPs.
Monitor and ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational policies across all clinics.
Support in enforcing high service quality standards to enhance patient satisfaction and brand value.
Reporting & Data Management
Review and ensure daily sales reports and clinic operation sheets are accurate and updated.
Monitor patient appointment data and follow-up actions from both clinics and sales teams.
Identify and report sales conversions, missed consultations, and lost opportunities on a daily basis.
Prepare and submit consolidated daily updates to the Cluster Manager.
Compile and deliver weekly MIS reports covering:
Sales, Conversions
Staff Utilization
Lost Sales & Unconverted Consultations
Google Reviews & Customer Complaints
