Job Description

The Aesthetic Medical Consultant will be responsible for conducting in-depth consultations to assess patient needs and guide them towards the most suitable aesthetic treatments. This role involves creating personalized treatment plans, ensuring that patients have a clear understanding of procedures, and maintaining high standards of care. The consultant must be skilled in patient communication, with a warm approach that promotes comfort and confidence. Additionally, they will manage follow-up calls to answer questions, discuss post-treatment care, and ensure patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough medical consultations to understand patient history, needs, and eligibility for treatments. Develop and discuss personalized treatment plans tailored to patient expectations and health. Advise patients on appropriate aesthetic treatments and provide guidance on risks, benefits, and aftercare. Make follow-up calls to patients, addressing any questions and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Maintain accurate and confidential records of consultations and treatment plans. Stay informed on the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments to uphold high standards of patient care.

Qualifications:

Medical background with experience in aesthetic or cosmetic treatments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in patient handling and follow-up. Knowledge of current aesthetic medicine practices and procedures. Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team.

Additional Skills:

Patient-focused, empathetic, and attentive to detail. Excellent phone etiquette for making patient follow-up calls. Strong organizational skills for managing patient records and schedules.
