We are recruiting for a CLINIC RECEPTIONIST for our client in DUBAI with a boutique family owed specialist Aesthetic Medical clinic near to Al wasl.Innovations Group UAE (Medical & Healthcare Division) are a Staffing Services provider (Permanent & Outsource) dedicated to sourcing niche skilled and high caliber talent such as Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Dentists and Allied Health Professionals to the Medical and Healthcare sector for over 30 yrs. Based in Dubai and with a further 16 offices globally. Supporting the UAE and broader gulf region.Position: Clinic ReceptionistLocation: Dubai, UAEHours: Full Time up to 48 hrs per week, Mon to Fri. Various timings between 8am and 8pm.Salary & Benefits: Up to AED 8,000 + standard UAE benefits inc paid holiday + medical Insurance + end of service + airticketJob Summary: To deal with face to face customer queries, booking appointments, managing diaries, arranging meetings, taking phonecalls, keeping the clinic in good order, stocking equipment, promoting the clinic, dealing with social media campaigns, meeting patients, providing information, support, comfort and care where needed, manage PR campaigns and advertising, promoting awareness, dealing with incoming queries, setting up events.Qualifications & Experience:Must have at least 2 yrs relevent experience as a Receptionist, ideally in a medical healthcare setting.Must already be located in Dubai with UAE residency Visa and eligibility to work.Must have an excellent command of English, verbal and written.Must be flexible, organised and able to manage various queries and concernsMust be approachable, caring, helpful, committed, with a mature outlook.Able to take up post within 1 month.Applications from those outside of the UAE will NOT be considered.Applications from those without recent Receptionist experience in Dubai will NOT be considered.Due to the number of applicants we receive, if you have not heard from us within 10 days please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
