Job Profile: Customer Service Team Lead should have excellent communication Skills, good strategic thinking, well organized, and target oriented. Job Responsibilities: Role & Responsibility Customer Service and Communication Quality & Accuracy Attitude & Willingness Education:
Graduation Experience: Excellent English verbal/written communication skills.
Exposure to / experience with customer service principles
Knowledge of Arabic desirable.
Computer literacy
Medical Terminology / or exposure to medical environment
Previous cashiering experience
Exposure to / experience with CQI / JCI principles
Minimum of 2-3years experience as Customer Service Supervisor
