We are seeking a friendly and professional Clinic Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent customer service. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for all guests visiting our clinic. The Clinic Host will manage guest relations, assist with food service, and maintain a clean and organized environment.

Duties

Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the clinic. Manage the seating arrangements and ensure that guests are comfortable while they wait. Provide information about clinic services and answer any questions guests may have. Assist in food service operations, including serving meals or refreshments to patients when applicable. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area or waiting room, ensuring all areas are tidy and inviting. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless guest services and enhance the overall patient experience.

Qualifications

Previous host/host experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Experience in food service is advantageous, along with knowledge of serving techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and staff. Background in hotel experience or guest services is desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism. Pay: AED22.43 - AED27.02 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
