Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize all clinic areas including floors, furniture, windows, restrooms, and medical rooms.
Disinfect frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, chairs, and counters.
Properly dispose of medical and general waste following clinic and health regulations.
Replenish cleaning supplies, paper products, and hygiene materials as needed.
Operate cleaning equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.
Follow infection control procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, if necessary.
Assist in setting up or cleaning after clinic operations or special activities.
Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a cleaner, janitor, or housekeeping staff (preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting).
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and safety procedures.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
