We are seeking a female professional and customer-focused
Call Centre Agent
to manage inbound and outbound patient communications.
This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth appointment coordination for a premium patient base.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner
Respond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments accurately
Provide clear and accurate information about clinic services, treatments, and procedures
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reminders, and feedback
Maintain accurate patient records, call logs, and CRM updates
Coordinate closely with the front desk and medical teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with clinic communication standards
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a call center, clinic, or customer service role
Fluent in English , Arabic
and
french
(spoken and written)
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Polite, confident, and professional phone etiquette
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with CRM or clinic management systems is an advantage
