We are seeking a female professional and customer-focused
Call Centre Agent
to manage inbound and outbound patient communications.
This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth appointment coordination for a premium patient base.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
Provide accurate information about clinic services and procedures
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reminders, and feedback
Maintain accurate patient records and call logs
Work closely with front desk and medical teams to ensure seamless coordination
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinic communication standards
Requirements
Previous experience in a call centre, clinic, or customer service role
Excellent communication and listening skills
Polite, confident, and professional phone manner
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Familiarity with CRM or clinic management systems is an advantage
