Reporting to the Customer Relationship Manager, you will be required to maximise assigned client relationships post-implementation through proactive management, effective engagement, and communication. You will meet and exceed up-sell, cross-sell and retention targets. Additionally, you will support new business activities and implementation during client training and post-implementation review.
Job Accountabilities
As a Client Support Manger, your role will involve:
  • Provide support for client in acquiring new business.
  • Shows strategic alignment to client values and identity.
  • Establishes and broadens excellent relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proactively manages key stakeholder relationships ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of agreed outputs.
  • Takes a proactive approach to client issue resolution; escalating where necessary and seeing through to resolution.
  • Interpretation of data and identification of significant information for wider teams.
  • Structures information to meet the needs and understanding of the intended audience.
  • Proactively review client activity and support stakeholders in the engagement of existing members and where appropriate promote tools to target new joiners, up-selling and cross-selling business.
  • Gather and understand client intelligence and identify commercial opportunities where appropriate.
  • Provide accurate, compliant and timely client reports.
  • Support the delivery of client MI and promote on-line activity with administrators and members.
  • To act as the clients' primary point of contact and to co-ordinate client responses, liaising with other team members and departments as appropriate.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of client contact and activity, communicating updates with other as appropriate.
  • Proactively maintain standards, working practices and behaviors of the Client Support Management team.
  • Seeks progression to roles of increased responsibility and uses knowledge to develop others and drive best practice.
  • Understands and describes regulations to clients in a factual manner.
Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • UAE national with a family book
  • Fluent Arabic and English language speaking and writing skills
  • University degree or business-related qualification
  • Experience in insurance, pension, Sales or Employee Benefits
  • Good relationship Management skills
  • One or more years of experience in a related field
