DNL Delivery Services is looking for a friendly, solution-oriented
Client Support Executive
to manage customer inquiries and ensure an excellent client experience. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, helping resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Provide accurate information regarding deliveries, services, and pricing
Track and resolve client complaints and service issues promptly
Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to resolve concerns
Maintain client records and update internal systems
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Support retention and service improvement initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in client support, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
