Client Success, Project Delivery & Prompt Engineering Manager

to join our team and own the client journey from onboarding to successful AI deployment.

Role Overview

This is a

multi-disciplinary role

combining

client success, project management, and prompt engineering

. You'll serve as the

bridge between clients and our development team

, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and high-quality AI solutions. You will also be hands-on in

designing, testing, and refining AI prompts

, directly shaping the outputs our clients receive.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success

Lead onboarding for new clients and ensure smooth transition into projects. Maintain ongoing communication, resolve issues, and drive client satisfaction.

Project Management

Translate client needs into actionable project plans for the development team. Manage schedules, deadlines, and deliverables using project management tools (ClickUp or similar). Track progress and proactively update clients on milestones.

Prompt Engineering & AI Testing

Design, refine, and optimize prompts to improve AI output quality. Collaborate with developers to implement prompt strategies within AI solutions. Test and validate AI responses for accuracy, tone, and client suitability.

Quality & Delivery

Conduct quality assurance checks before client delivery. Ensure projects are launched on time and exceed client expectations. Document best practices for AI prompt design and workflows.
Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in

project management

,

client success

, or

account management

. Strong interest/experience in

AI tools and prompt engineering

. Ability to design and refine AI prompts to achieve desired outputs. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Proficiency with

project management software

(ClickUp,). Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
