About the Team
The Independent Agency team is looking for a Client Solution Manager who can build healthy, long-term agency relationships by solving agencies\' challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services. Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding about TikTok\'s ad products and are humble, dynamic and open for change and who proactively drive the agency\xe2\x80\x99s growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations.
Success in this position requires a focus on client service, deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and an ability to evolve in a fast-paced demanding startup environment leveraging our unique ad product suite, a unique blend of technical and commercial knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Manage 60-90 agency accounts to improve their performance and drive revenue growth
Monitor and analyze ad campaigns, and proactively analyse performance of priority accounts and create optimisation and sell through strategies
Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign
Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization
Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings
Share marketplace feedback and guide our advertising strategy
Support and work with sales team on pre-sale research and pitch
Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build productive relationships with agencies, in collaboration with the sales team
Coordinate with ad ops, product and R&D teams etc. internally to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activity
Put together proposals along with Sales for significant opportunities
Accurate forecasting on Bi-monthly basis supporting Sales teams
Accountable for Enablement of the agency
Work with internal teams to guide inventory allocation
General creative tips and best practices
Bidding/Budget/targeting recommendations to scale up accounts
Communicate top-up/budget increase with advertisers and encourage them to increase investment on TikTok ads
Tier BoB and apply different approaches to manage clients of each tier to drive revenue
Remove ad review blockers for advertisers by communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders (ads review, finance, product etc.) to ensure good customer experience
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in account management/client services roles in digital marketing, agency experience is a big plus
Deep understanding of the KSA media and advertising landscape
Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English
Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight deadlines
Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing technical services environment supporting web-based products
Ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
