Freelance Senior Client Services Manager - Marketing

Job Overview:

As a Freelance Client Services Manager specializing in marketing, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring seamless communication, project delivery, and client satisfaction. You will manage multiple marketing accounts, coordinate campaign execution, and provide strategic support to help clients achieve their marketing goals. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in marketing and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for marketing clients, managing communications and expectations. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Collaborate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions. Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable marketing plans. Prepare and present campaign reports, performance analytics, and recommendations for improvement. Identify opportunities for upselling additional marketing services and expanding client accounts. Manage client onboarding, briefings, and feedback loops. Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary to ensure satisfaction. Stay updated on marketing trends, digital tools, and best practices to provide valuable insights. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in client services or account management within a marketing agency or freelance setting. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients independently. Proficiency in project management and CRM tools. Experience working with clients in Dubai is a must. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Role Details:

Freelance/Contract basis with flexible hours. Hybrid work arrangement (Dubai-based a must to attend client meetings and for local/cultural knowledge). Compensation based on project scope and client portfolio. Opportunity to work with a diverse range of brands and industries.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
