We are looking for a Client Service Senior Analyst for the YouGov Sport media team who brings strong analytical skills, balanced with robust project management and first-class communication skills.

YouGov Sport provides a wide range of insight services on a global basis to the Sports industry. Drawing on the power of YouGov data and tools as well as a range of world-class media monitoring resources.

The Role:

• You will ensure high levels of service for existing YouGov Sport media clients, acting as a dedicated point of contact, and bringing in specialists where needed.
• You will be accountable for efficient and effective management of client deliveries - ensuring best guidance and expectation setting from initial brief through to final deliverable.
• You will expand your understanding of the media and commercial landscape of sport to better service YouGov Sport clients
• You will provide top level analysis of data to ensure that media research deliverables are optimal from a client perspective, delivering clear commercial value.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients to deliver on planned contractual deliverables and ad hoc requests.
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their challenges and support the commercial conversations. Manage the smooth transition of new clients into YouGov Sport, working with them to harmonise reporting and commercial impact
• Proactively manage the briefing of client media projects into data procurement team, specifically to ensure that the scope of works and brief are clear in relation to deliverables and timing
• Monitor progress against deadlines.
• Consolidate and analyse media data sets, shaping key insights that are reporting to clients in a way that meets their requirements.
• Manage expectations of clients in relation to delivery of projects
• Act as the last line of defence before reports are sent to clients, ensuring data looks right and commentary is insightful.
• Manage the client dashboard including set up, access requirements and demonstration of functionality
• Understand client\'s strategy to ensure that existing solutions meet their needs and identify opportunities to upsell additional YouGov solutions through product knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience and excellent knowledge of market and consumer research reports and analysis across the entertainment, leisure and sport sectors.
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret data. Experience of transforming raw data into meaningful insights using an array of excel formula/functions
• You will have excellent client focus and handling skills allied to an appreciation for a client\'s objectives and point-of-view.
• Your ability to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively will be apparent in your career.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact as part of a team.
• Management of projects across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multi-task with strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to write and present key themes clearly and concisely.
• Advanced ability in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential
• Arabic language skills a benefit although not essential
