Roles & Responsibilities Consultation: \xc2\xb7 Overcoming client questions & objectives during meetings, emails, or calls \xc2\xb7 Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts \xc2\xb7 Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the company\xe2\x80\x99s practice stakeholders \xc2\xb7 Work with operations team and other internal colleagues to meet client needs Client Retention & Business Development: \xc2\xb7 Achieving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty \xc2\xb7 Raising the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and market segment \xc2\xb7 Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships \xc2\xb7 Implement cross-selling strategies to cater to the evolving needs of existing clients. \xc2\xb7 Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network \xc2\xb7 Cold calling within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities Educational Background: Graduates in any stream Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
