Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Should have Minimum 3 years experience in client service or business development
  • Should have minimum 1 year experience in service or business consulting company
  • GCC experience highly preferred.
  • Native English speakers highly preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Drive business development: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge and network to expand our client base and achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Lead operational excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and implementing efficient systems to enhance client service delivery and optimize internal workflows.
  • Develop tailored solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business needs, providing strategic guidance and developing customized solutions that drive their success.
  • Foster teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including consultants and analysts, to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality deliverables for our clients.
  • Monitor market trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes, conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
