Job Description
We are looking for a client services coordinator with technical skills and know how with experience in Advertising/Signage industry specializing in Duty-Free Production, Shop Fit Outs, Custom Kiosks, Display Units, Bespoke visual merchandize. ***Candidates possessing required technical knowledge of AutoCAD need only apply*** The Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating, assigning, updating, and closing tasks as per schedules
- Dealing with staff and site engineers (if needed)
- Understand the needs of the submission and report on progress
- Assisting project manager in charge to create and share work plans and timelines
- Managing technical project documentation
- Preparing project updates
- Sound knowledge and use of AutoCAD s/w
- Good knowledge about submissions (materials, shop drawings, etc.)
- Have attention to detail
- Analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- AutoCAD: 3 years (Required)
