Principal Accountabilities: Experience \xc2\xb7 5+ years of related experience required in working as Business Development or Client Relationship/Servicing Executive role supporting C-Level executives \xc2\xb7 Proven experience of working in a high value, fast paced working environment. \xc2\xb7 Proven method of working within a team with strong administrative capabilities to ensure the department is efficiently operated \xc2\xb7 Expert in MS Office - specifically Excel (ability to manipulate data - pivot tables, common formulas), PowerPoint & Visio, SharePoint, and MS Project. \xc2\xb7 Drive stakeholders to deliver actions and initiatives through clear accountability. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytic skills and attention to detail in recording clear concise actions, decisions, and outcomes. \xc2\xb7 A motivated, pro-active self-starter with flexible attitude (happy to occasionally attend the meeting at customer premises) \xc2\xb7An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills. \xc2\xb7Ability to handle and maintain confidential company information \xc2\xb7 Good organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task require Accountability Area 1. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed. 2. Arrange meeting venues, equipment, and any necessary resources. 3. Distribute meeting agendas and related materials in advance. 4. Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company. 5. Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events. Assist in managing invitations, RSVPs, and reminders for upcoming meetings. 6. Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization. 7. Manage emails, phone calls and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication is followed. 8. Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives. 9. Serve as a point of contact by linking employees, internal departments, and customers. 10. Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters 11. Exercise independent discretion and judgment and solve complex problem. 12. Exercise sound judgment and discretion, maintain strictest confidentiality, independently assess, and resolve complex situations/problems, and have the flexibility to respond to shifting priorities and great frequency. 13. Assist in managing invitations, RSVPs, and reminders for upcoming meetings. 14. Provide general administrative support to the department as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.   • The role "Associate" requires you to travel within UAE for client visits and meetings along with the team.
  • Associate would be responsible for Conducting regular meetings and discussions with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Associate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing relationships between a company and its clients.. Hence prior experience of 5yrs+ would be preferred as Business Development or Client Servicing or Relationship Eexcutive.
  • Work Duration is from Monday till Fridays. Office Timing -9:00am to 6:00pm. However, depending on the business requirement might be required to extend working hours or work during weekends (Only if required)
