VIP Client Development & Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP and UHNW clients across fashion, homeware, and beauty
Act as the dedicated point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded
Organize private appointments, home consultations, and exclusive previews of collections and launches
Maintain a detailed understanding of client preferences, lifestyles, and purchasing history to deliver a personalized approach
Sales & Business Contribution
Drive sales performance through targeted clienteling, upselling, and cross-category opportunities (fashion, homeware, beauty)
Develop strategies to grow VIP client spend and retention
Collaborate with the Buying, Merchandising, and Store Management teams to align product offerings with VIP expectations
Events & Experiences
Plan and host exclusive events, trunk shows, and brand experiences tailored to VIP clientele
Partner with marketing and PR teams to deliver lifestyle activations that reinforce brand prestige
Curate gifting and bespoke services for VIP clients, including festive or milestone occasions
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Support and mentor the Personal Shopping and Client Services team in delivering VIP standards of service
Act as the liaison between VIP clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Provide regular reporting and insights on client activity, preferences, and opportunities
Excellence & Discretion
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions
Ensure the client journey reflects luxury service values at every touchpoint
Continuously research market and competitor practices to keep the brand at the forefront of VIP services
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field (preferred)
Work Experience
7+ years' experience in luxury retail, client relations, or personal shopping
Competencies
Strong background in luxury retail (fashion, homeware, and/or beauty)
Proven experience in client relationship management with VIP/UHNWI clients
Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity
Business acumen with the ability to translate relationships into measurable results
Creativity in curating experiences and anticipating client needs
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple VIP requests simultaneously
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients
Prior experience working with UHNW clients or high-profile families is highly desirable
Languages
Fluency in English and Arabic required, additional languages are a plus
