We are looking for a proactive and highly articulate
Client Relations Manager
to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the lifecycle of their business setup or visa application. This is not just a desk job--you will be an active facilitator, ensuring all requirements are met and clients feel supported at every step.
Key Responsibilities
Client Liaison:
Act as the main bridge between the client and our operations team, providing regular, proactive updates on application statuses.
Document Management:
Collect, verify, and organise all necessary legal and personal documentation required for business licenses and visas.
Expectation Management:
Clearly explain the timelines, procedures, and requirements of the UAE government authorities to clients.
Relationship Building:
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to encourage referrals and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
Language:
Native or professional-level fluency in
English
(written and spoken) is mandatory.
Mobility:
Must possess a valid
UAE Driver's License
and have access to a vehicle.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex processes simply.
Organisation:
High attention to detail; you must be comfortable managing multiple client files simultaneously without errors.
Commute:
This is a strictly
in-person role
based in our Dubai office. Candidates must be able to commute daily.
Experience:
Prior experience in a client relations role.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
