Role Overview

As a

Client Relationship Manager

, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service and help drive the long-term success of both our clients and our company.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients Serve as the main point of contact for client communications Understand client needs and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded Monitor account performance and address any issues proactively Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, operations) to coordinate service delivery Prepare and deliver regular client updates and performance reports Handle client feedback with professionalism and provide solutions where needed

Requirements

Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in [insert relevant industry] Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace A proactive and client-focused mindset

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
