Job Description

Polaris Corporate Services is a Dubai-based consultancy company helping clients launch and grow businesses in the UAE. We provide full corporate support: company formation, accounting services, and business consulting. We are known for our personal approach and VIP-level service.

We are looking for a highly organized, client-focused professional to work closely with our founder and assist with both client-facing duties and remote business development. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in hospitality or aviation, working with VIP clients, and must be fluent in English. This role requires a mix of field work (client accompaniment) and remote work (lead generation, communication, follow-ups).

Key Responsibilities:

Accompany clients to medical tests, biometric appointments, Emirates ID centers, and other government procedures Manage the full client journey (A-Z business setup support) Professionally communicate with clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp Coordinate with our PRO and support VIP clients when required Carry out various operational tasks assigned by the founder When not attending client meetings, work remotely on lead generation, client outreach, and promoting our services
Requirements:

Fluent English is a must Additional languages are a plus -- Russian is an advantage Background in hospitality, luxury concierge, or aviation (Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways, etc.) is preferred Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable with remote work (must have stable internet and a computer) Quick learner, especially when it comes to UAE company setup and corporate services UAE driving license is a plus, but not mandatory (company car provided when needed)
