Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or relationship roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zoho.
