Pet Relocation Service provides looking for a Client Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client\xe2\x80\x99s experience
- Generate additional business through cross-selling or upselling.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalised support.
- Handle the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and introduction to the company services.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager, Sales, Account Manager
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Own Visa
- Russian speaker - desirable, but not required
- High commission salary
- Full-time remote role, but applicant have to be in UAE
- Mobile phone expenses
