Job Description

The Client Relations Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure high-quality delivery of outsourced manpower services. This role serves as the main communication link between clients and internal departments, ensuring client satisfaction, service compliance, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts and ensure consistent communication.

Coordinate manpower deployment with internal departments (HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Operations).

Address client requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Monitor staff performance, attendance, and compliance with contractual terms.

Support the preparation and renewal of client contracts and service agreements.

Ensure timely submission of documentation such as invoices, timesheets, and NOCs.

Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and identify improvement areas.

Assist in identifying new business opportunities within existing client accounts.

Prepare regular client reports and maintain updated client records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client relations or account management, preferably in outsourcing, manpower supply, or facility management sectors in Qatar or GCC.

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR procedures for outsourced staff.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Requirements

Transferable visa with NOC.
