We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Relations Manager who will also take on team supervision responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of employees to deliver services effectively. This role combines client management with leadership to foster a productive and motivated team environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of employees to ensure excellent service delivery.
Conduct regular team meetings, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client accounts.
Ensure team adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Handle client complaints professionally and resolve conflicts promptly.
Prepare and present reports on client status and team performance.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
4+ years of experience in client management, account management, or related roles.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Knowledge of CRM software and project management tools.
