REQUIREMENTS: COMPETENCE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or scientific discipline
• 8 to 10 years of relevant oil & gas sector.
• Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
• Ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor complex teams.
• leadership skills that exhibit confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well.
• Ability to manage people that include decision making and staff planning and team dynamics.
• Strong prospecting/opportunity skills. Good innovative selling and servicing techniques.
• Demonstrates excellent self-management skills to include a high degree of professionalism, planning, and good judgment, Strong display of initiative and innovation.
• Ability to manage and meet client expectations.
