Lead the client implementation team for Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance Products, Platforms, their components and products
Attend Pre-sales meetings with the RM and GTB sales and Product team with the client to ensure good understanding of the solution to be implemented and lead subsequent post-sales implementation meetings.
Support the product and sales team in structuring solutions implementation as per client requirements.
Present Implementation plan to customers and explain the process and requirements
Create and maintain an implementation pipeline and present it in the GTB pipeline discussions.
Work on the way to reduce implementation timelines and cycles to improve on the time to dollar
Handhold customers post implementation until handover to customer services
Improve the Digital penetration on all the platforms that the bank has.
Maintain MIS on the implementations and the digital penetration
Carry out post implementation survey with the customers and do a proper handover to customer service
Define and implement workflows, SLAs, and training for these products. Work closely with the product management, customer service, sales teams and functional units (example compliance, legal, risk, infosec) to ensure successful implementation of these products for our clients
Ensure that all necessary supporting tools (implemented in the Bank, for example CRM, chatbots, on-demand training, and content management tools) are integrated effectively
Continuously monitor, measure, and improve the implementation process to ensure client satisfaction
Work closely with multiple countries, defining standards and overseeing and executing the migration plan from legacy platforms.
Create and manage a team, defining roles & responsibilities and KPIs to support the implementation and migration effort.
Risk, Compliance & Business Continuity:
Understand and adhere to all relevant compliance regulations and laws
Continuously monitor and assess risks associated with the customer service process
Develop and implement contingency plans to minimize disruption to business continuity
Job Requirements:
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in transaction banking, specifically in Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance
Education / Certifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. PMI Certification a plus.
