Client Happiness Executive - Female (Office-Based, Dubai)

is aDHA-licensed premium home healthcare provider
offering IV therapy, doctor-on-call, and nursing care across Dubai.We're looking for a
friendly, confident, and organized female
to join our team and handleclient messages, calls, and bookings
from our office.Your Role
Respond to clients via
WhatsApp, calls, and Instagram
Guide clients on services (IV Therapy, Doctor Visit, etc.)Convert leads into confirmed bookings
Coordinate with nurses & operations team Maintain follow-ups and daily reportsRequirements
Female candidates encouraged to apply
Must have a valid UAE visa
(own/spouse/freelance) Excellent English communication (Arabic/Hindi is a plus) Office-based inDubai
Immediate joining preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
Customer support: 1 year (Preferred) * Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
