Introduction
Your Role and Responsibilities
Business Designers in IBM\xe2\x80\x99s Client Engineering are part of a cross-functional team that delivers a unique client co-creation experience to accelerate client transformation. As part of an entrepreneurial team, you will lead customer/user journey design for prioritized use cases and minimum viable products (MVP), often reimagining how work is performed. You will synthesize research, client insights and requirements to craft user experiences that connect people in meaningful, enduring ways with products, services, and brands. You will apply information architecture, research, and evaluation in user design. You will facilitate and lead design sessions with clients and IBM team, using contemporary methods and tools. You will connect the dots at both abstract and tactical levels. An ideal candidate is empathetic, expressive, inquisitive, and divergent.
