Your Mission:

• Managing, controlling and coordinating of both \xe2\x80\x93 project planning and execution of
• complex and challenging international AV projects
• Leading the projects from its preparation, execution to completion (including the entire project organization and processing)
• Liaising with the client(s) and make necessary action to solve issues pertaining to client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements
• Continuously building and maintaining a strong network of clients
• Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
• Observance projects quality, deadline and cost control
• Tendering, negotiating and awarding of supplier contracts and subcontracting services
• Monitoring all aspects of project management, from project controlling to claim management
• Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements on all projects
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions
• Managing and leading multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
• Overseeing the development of the master project schedule and manage its implementation
• Collaborating with HSE and QAQC on necessary projects on-site/off-site, in line with HSE - QAQC requirements & compliances

Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Excellent Project Management experience in Museums, Cultural projects, permanent installations, and exhibitions.
• Experience in managing large budgets.
• Existing Network of Clients in the UAE and KSA region
• Technical Knowledge of Audio, Video and Lighting systems and control.
• Knowledge and experience of current entertainment technology required for large scale Installations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language proficiency is a must
• Flexible to work based on the requirements of the live event industry.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skill
• Great Networking skills
