Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
You will Coordinate digital marketing channels, ensuring the seamless deployment of lead generation strategies on social media and international property portals.
Reporting: Produce detailed reports, analysing performance KPIs, offering constructive feedback and recommending solutions for continuous improvement.
CMS & SEO: Manage website content, optimize page speed, conduct thorough keyword research, and enhance search engine rankings for maximum organic traffic.
Social Media: Implement and oversee social media strategies on platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Collaborate with agencies to craft compelling content and manage social media calendars for optimal performance.
CRM: Manage customer and broker databases, collaborating closely with the sales team for regular updates.
Operative Marketing
Projects Management: Contribute to the execution of the Marketing Plan, taking charge of various projects from conception to completion.
Events Coordination: Organize and coordinate events, ensuring seamless execution and brand representation.
Photo/Video Shootings: Oversee the organization and coordination of photo/video shoots, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
Financial Management: Handle agency and vendor payments in collaboration with the finance team, maintaining tight control over costs.
PowerPoint Presentations: Develop engaging presentations to communicate marketing strategies and project updates.
