Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and dynamic Client Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships, and ensuring seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's offerings, services, and promotions

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Handle client complaints and resolve issues efficiently

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic is mandatory

Good command of English is also required.

Syrian and Lebanese

nationalities are preferred

Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive, proactive mindset

High level of integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Background:

Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client service roles is a plus

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer tracking tools is an advantage
