Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Support in EB Operations/Administration
  • Process on day-to-day endorsement requests.
  • Onboarding policies in insurer portal and activation of cards.
  • Invoice Booking.
  • Follow up on invoice with insurer
  • Perform account Reconciliation.
  • Payment follows up on endorsements.
Skills and abilities needed to perform role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for both client & internal communication.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Tools
  • Exposure to Insurance Portals and Invoicing Software.
  • Knowledge of DHA and HAAD guidelines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets and deadlines of client.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Degree or with professional qualification is preferred.
