Client relationship role where you will need to maintain and develop assigned key client accounts to ensure positive client experience. Taking the clients through to the renewal process and maximise profitability through daily account management. Ensure maximised customer journey at every touchpoint.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Account Management
\xc2\xb7 Act as the key client account lead for assigned accounts based on the Client Value Proposition
\xc2\xb7 Support other account leads on larger clients as second account manager
\xc2\xb7 Build and maintain good long term successful relationships with the client
\xc2\xb7 Understand and maintain very good knowledge of the client contacts
\xc2\xb7 Anticipate future needs, challenges and developments where possible
\xc2\xb7 Document and regularly maintain all relevant information in Salesforce
\xc2\xb7 Communicate relevant information to various other areas to ensure they have the necessary understanding to make decisions
\xc2\xb7 Lead and support any client meetings/calls as and when required, as per the guidelines in the Client Value Proposition, where possible
\xc2\xb7 Hold and participate in the account review meetings to discuss claims experience, service performance and client feedback as well as possible future opportunities as appropriate to the CVP
\xc2\xb7 Very good understanding the client\'s business and requirements
\xc2\xb7 Provide back up and support to client teams where required
\xc2\xb7 Recognised as the go-to person internally on the own client portfolio
Client Experience

\xc2\xb7 Provide effective, innovative and timely solutions to client\'s business challenges

\xc2\xb7 Mainly independently identify and implement efficient solutions to client\'s requirements and challenges
\xc2\xb7 Independently manage any escalations to ensure a swift and client centric resolution
\xc2\xb7 Regularly review and analyse client experience results to identify possible areas for improvement
\xc2\xb7 Seek, document and share feedback from client on service delivery
\xc2\xb7 Ensure tailored processes, products and services are documented and optimised over time to improve efficiency
\xc2\xb7 Boost client stickiness
Renewals
\xc2\xb7 Prepare and issue renewal documentation within agreed timeframes
\xc2\xb7 Independently negotiates renewal internally and externally to achieve favourable outcome for both sides
\xc2\xb7 Aims to improve profitability for assigned client portfolio
\xc2\xb7 Ensure regular client engagement by phone throughout the renewal process
\xc2\xb7 Communicate and document all agreements and requirements for the renewal
\xc2\xb7 Support tender responses for existing clients to provide a comprehensive and tailored response
New Business
\xc2\xb7 Support the implementation of new clients ensuring a smooth and seamless transfer
\xc2\xb7 Support the sales process for potential new clients
\xc2\xb7 Discover and aims to convert opportunities for cross selling additional products or services
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills/ experience:
\xc2\xb7 Minimum of two years work experience in an account management role within a Financial Services environment
\xc2\xb7 Experience in a customer focussed environment, producing accurate work within tight deadlines
\xc2\xb7 Completion or progress towards the Irish Insurance Examinations or equivalent foreign qualification
\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage
\xc2\xb7 Fluency in English and second European langauge
