FirstPoint Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Cleaning Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across all client locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the cleaning team.
• Training team members to meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction.
• Overseeing the execution of cleaning tasks and stepping in when necessary.
• Monitoring the use of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ordering new stock as needed.
• Performing inspections to ensure that all areas are cleaned efficiently.
• Handling client feedback and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Key Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Understanding of cleaning methods and techniques.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, dynamic, and dedicated team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Key Result Areas:

• Ensure all areas assigned to the cleaning team are thoroughly cleaned and polished.
• Train and motivate the team to achieve and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Monitor the use of cleaning supplies and equipment to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
• Handle customer feedback effectively to improve service quality.
