Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced
Cleaning Team Leader
to supervise daily cleaning operations and ensure high-quality standards across assigned sites. The ideal candidate must have
proven UAE experience
, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage cleaning teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of cleaners across assigned locations.
Plan and allocate daily cleaning tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene meet company and client standards.
Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and use of equipment/chemicals.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are available, properly maintained, and used safely.
Report maintenance issues, shortages, or operational concerns to management.
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and checklists.
Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Coordinate with clients to address concerns, requests, or service improvements.
Requirements
Minimum
2-4 years of UAE experience
in cleaning operations, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
Ability to lead and manage multicultural teams.
Good communication skills (English required; Arabic an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites.
Familiarity with health & safety standards in the UAE.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
Having UAE Driving License will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
