Job Summary:

The Event and Concert Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the cleaning staff to ensure all areas of the venue are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety before, during, and immediately following events and concerts. This role requires strong leadership, excellent attention to detail, and a flexible approach to working irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.

Responsibilities:

Supervise, motivate, and direct a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to conduct.

Conduct pre-event inspections to ensure all venue areas meet required cleanliness standards before opening to the public.

Oversee all general cleaning duties across the venue, including seating areas, concourses, restrooms, VIP suites, back-of-house areas, and external grounds.

Ensure all team members

strictly adhere to Health and Safety regulations

, company policies, and safe working practices, including the use of PPE.

Ensure all cleaning equipment is safely and properly used, maintained, and faults are promptly reported.

Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, materials, and consumables, submitting timely orders to maintain stock levels.

Ensure proper waste management and recycling procedures are followed, including organizing waste disposal to collection points.

Liaise regularly with the Venue Manager, Operations staff, and clients to coordinate cleaning needs and resolve any issues.

Maintain an excellent and presentable personal appearance and uniform at all times, reflecting the premium standard of the event.

Demonstrate full flexibility and

commitment to a demanding schedule,

including working extended hours, and being fully available on weekdays, weekends, and during public holidays.

Handle any guest complaints or challenging situations with patience, professionalism, and politeness, ensuring service recovery where possible.

Requirements:

Valid Emirates ID.

Fluent in English.
Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service.
Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
