Job Summary:



The Cleaning Coordinator is responsible for organizing, supervising, and coordinating cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across hospitality sites. This role requires strong operational skills, attention to detail, and experience in hospitality or facilities management to meet service quality, safety, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:1. Staff Coordination & Supervision



Schedule and assign cleaning staff to hotels, restaurants, or hospitality sites. Monitor staff attendance, performance, and punctuality. Conduct daily briefings and ensure staff understand tasks and standards. Coordinate replacements for absences or emergency requirements.

2. Cleaning Operations



Ensure cleaning activities follow hospitality and hygiene standards. Inspect cleaned areas and ensure quality compliance. Monitor deep cleaning schedules and special tasks. Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.

3. Quality Control & Client Coordination



Handle client requests, feedback, and complaints professionally. Conduct regular site inspections and submit reports to management. Ensure service level agreements (SLA) and hospitality standards are met.

4. Health, Safety & Compliance



Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Train staff on safe handling of chemicals and equipment. Ensure PPE is used correctly at all times.

5. Inventory & Reporting



Track cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment. Coordinate with admin/store for replenishment of materials. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and manpower reports.

6. Training & Support



Assist in training new cleaning staff on hospitality cleaning standards. Conduct refresher training to maintain service quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Housekeeping, or Facilities Management. Minimum

2-3 years experience

in hospitality housekeeping or cleaning coordination. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Knowledge of hospitality hygiene and cleanliness standards. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
