Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple sites
Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, ensuring deep cleaning and facade cleaning are completed as required.
Conduct site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained.
Ensure correct use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools.
Train staff in cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and chemical safety.
Monitor the use and inventory of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Maintain accurate records and reports regarding cleaning activities, staff attendance, and incident reporting.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Liaise with clients to understand and meet specific cleaning needs.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
In-depth knowledge of industrial, commercial, and residential cleaning practices.
Experience in deep cleaning and facade cleaning techniques.
Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and modern equipment.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe use.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Ability to create and maintain cleaning reports and documentation.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driving license (mandatory).
